By purchasing a VIP Meet 'n Greet pass, you agree to the following:
Instructions: Please review the schedule and instructions here. If you email the promoter/vendor directly, your pass will be canceled with no refund.
Email Issues: AOL and Yahoo addresses often delay our emails. Please use another provider.
Pass Pickup: Nothing will be shipped. You’ll get your pass at the event.
Timing: The meet happens about 1 hour before Rick goes on stage. Times may vary by venue. Late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded.
No Ticket Included: A separate concert ticket is required to attend the meet.
Last-Minute Purchases: Check in 1 hour before showtime at the merch booth with your receipt.
Final Sale: No refunds, date changes, or exchanges. All passes are final sale.
Autographs: You may bring two items for Rick to sign. No guitars, unless bought from Rick Springfield Merchandise.
Photos: You’ll get time for 1 photo and brief interaction. Please be respectful of others’ time—no hovering or monopolizing.
No Cell Phone Use: Don’t ask Rick to take a call or video.
Conduct: No one under the influence allowed. Disrespectful behavior = banned from future events. No refunds will be given for violations.
