ACCESS-RS FAQS
For ACCESS-RS members who had a membership that was migrated from the former site at access-rs.com:
Welcome to the new ACCESS-RS! While your membership details have been migrated to the new site, you must first activate your member profile and create a new password. You should have received an email with a link to activate your member profile and create a new password. Once you've activated your member profile, please make sure all details are accurate.
If you are unable to locate the email, you can activate your account simply by going to the Member Login page, and clicking "Create Account" below the login button. Enter your first and last name, the email address associated with your ACCESS-RS membership, and a new password. You will then receive an email to finish activating your member profile.

How memberships work
If you have an existing ACCESS-RS membership from the previous site you will need to activate your account first if you haven't already. See steps above if you have not received your account activation email as of yet.
Your ACCESS-RS Membership is automatically renewed annually on the anniversary of your original sign-up date. If your previous account was set up for auto-renewal, you will be prompted to renew your membership on your membership expiration date, which can be found on your account page. Your membership will then be set to auto-renew by default unless you change your preferences in your member profile.
Any physical products included with your ACCESS-RS membership will be automatically delivered after each successful renewal and when those merchandise items become available.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can cancel a membership any time you want in your member profile.
Membership Benefits
The ACCESS-RS memberships include benefits such as access to ticket presales, exclusive content, and more. You will also receive and exclusive ACCESS-RS membership merchandise pack. Your ticket presale codes can be found on your customer account page when you log in or on the "Presale Code" within the member-only section of the website.

Q. How soon after joining ACCESS-RS will I have access to membership benefits?
A. Once you've joined ACCESS-RS, you will have immediate access to ALL benefits. Log in to the site and any exclusive benefits will automatically display on the member-only pages as new content becomes available. As a member of ACCESS-RS, your pre-sale code will be displayed on your account profile page when you are logged in. You can also access your presale code on the "presale code" page under the members-only section of the site. You will also receive an email following your purchase of a membership that includes your ticket presale code.
