ACCESS-RS FAQS

Welcome to the new ACCESS-RS.com. While your membership details have been added to the new site, it is required that you activate your membership account and create a new password. You should have received an email with a link to activate your account and create a new password. Once you're in your account please make sure all details are accurate.

If you are unable to locate the email, you can activate your account simply by going to the Account Login page, and clicking "Create Account" below the login button. Enter your first and last name, the email address associated with your ACCESS-RS membership, and a password. You will then receive an email to finish activating your account.

How memberships work 

If you have an existing ACCESS-RS membership from the previous site you will need to activate your account first if you haven't already. See steps above if you have not received your account activation email as of yet.

Your ACCESS-RS Membership is automatically renewed annually from the purchase date. If your previous account was set up for auto-renewal you will need to manual purchase a new membership on your membership expiration date which can be found on your account page. The new ACCESS-RS system is set up for auto-renewals for new purchases.

Any physical products that come with the ACCESS-RS membership will be automatically delivered by the shop after each after successful renewal and when products become available.

For example, if you purchased an annual subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each year on the initial date of purchase and you will get the membership products shipped to the address on your order, without the need to place the order by yourself!

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can cancel a membership any time you want in the customer portal. 

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions through your account page when you login to the website.


Membership Benefits

The ACCESS-RS memberships include benefits such as access to ticket presales, exclusive content and more. You will receive exclusive ACCESS-RS membership merch. Your ticket presale codes can be found on your customer account page when you login or on the "Presale Code" within the member-only section of the website.

A. Join ACCESS-RS, Rick Springfield's Official fan club, by visiting this JOIN page. Members have access to exclusive benefits including access to pre-sale ticket codes, contests, and more!

How soon after joining  ACCESS-RS will I have access to membership benefits?

A. Once you've joined  ACCESS-RS, you will have immediate access to ALL benefits.  Log in to the site and any exclusive benefits will automatically display on the member-only pages as new content becomes available.  As a member of ACCESS-RS, your pre-sale code will be displayed on your account profile page when you are logged in. You can also access your presale code on the "presale code" page under the members-only section of the site. You will also receive an email following your purchase of a membership that includes your ticket presale code.

A. Migrate to the account page and click "Forgot Password". You will be redirected here.
