Refund policy
Live Merchandise Sales:
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refund ANY sales of merchandise bought at the live merch booth. All merchandise bought at a live show is considered a final sale.
VIP Meet n' Greet Sales:
Because there are a limited about of tickets available, meet n' greet passes are non-returnable or refundable. Please make sure you read all the rules prior to purchase.
Refunds/Exchanges:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE items, CDs, DVDs, books, guitars and VIP Meet n' Greets.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Any exchange shipping will be paid by customer.
To start a return, please visit our returns portal. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded (the original item can be shipped back to you if you pay for the shipping charges). Customer is responsible for return shipping unless Rick Springfield Merchandise has made an error on your order. FOR EXCHANGES: please return the item and create a NEW ORDER for the new size/item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like meet n' greets, guitars, CDs, DVDs, photos and autographed items. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, gift cards or pay-per-view events. All items in these categories are considered final sale. If a customer requests a charge-back after a pay-per-view event is over, they will banned from future pay-per-view events.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
