If your date is not listed yet, we do not have the schedule. Please check back closer to your concert date.
Passes Are Not Mailed to You
We do not send physical passes in the mail. You will be put on our list and checked-in. This link is all the information you need!
Concert Tickets are NOT Included
You must purchase your own concert ticket.
Merchandise Booth Check-In
Please check in at the merchandise booth located at the entrance of the theater or concert hall. The team at the booth will provide you with further instructions. If there is more than one merchandise booth, all staff have been informed and will instruct you on where to line up.
Please Arrive on Time
Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for tardiness. You must be at the designated meeting location at the specified time. Meet & Greets are conducted approximately 45 minutes before Rick takes the stage. If there is an opening act scheduled, you may miss part of their performance due to the timing.
Important for Last-Minute Purchases
If you purchased recently, please have your receipt ready, as your name may not yet appear on our check-in list. Proof of purchase will be required.

The time listed here is the official time provided by our management office, regardless of what is shown on venue websites. These sites may reflect the start time for opening acts, not when Rick takes the stage.
VIP Meet & Greet Guidelines
Be on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds or compensation will be given.
Contact Info: Keep your phone on for updates. If your order was placed with a different number than your cell, please send us your current number.
Concert Tickets Not Included: A concert ticket is required for entry and must be purchased separately. The meet & greet occurs before Rick takes the stage—you may miss any opening acts, and we do not offer refunds for this.
Autographs: Limit of two (2) items per person. Guitars are not permitted unless purchased from Rick Springfield Merchandise.
Photos: Cameras are welcome. We don’t provide a photographer, but our host can assist with taking your photo.
Venue Contact Prohibited: Do not contact the venue or promoter. Doing so will result in cancellation without refund.
Experience Details: This is a live event; timing and interactions vary. You’ll have time for a greeting, one photo, and two autographs. We cannot guarantee a specific length of time with Rick.
Respect Others: Be courteous—do not hover or monopolize Rick’s time. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
General Admission: If seating is GA, saved seats cannot be held. Please have a friend hold your spot if needed.
No Transfers or Refunds: This package is non-transferable and non-refundable. If a show is rescheduled, your pass will be honored for the new date.
